MORE INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR HOLIDAY AT VILLA AYLIN IN PRATO DRAVA

Check in & Check out: Your apartment is available after 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate it by 10:00 am. We need this time to make the apartments clean and welcoming for arriving guests.
In case of delayed arrival, we kindly ask you to inform us.

Pets: Thank you for understanding that pets are not allowed in the apartments.

Non-smoking: In our apartments smoking is not permitted.

Opening: Our house is open all year.

Payment of the stay: Payment is due on arrival, when the apartment is handed over, in cash, by debit or credit card, or in advance by bank transfer. In Italy cash payments are only allowed for amounts under € 5,000.00. 

Cancellation policy: To avoid possible cancellation costs we recommend taking out travel insurance.

Pursuant to art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code there is no right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Code; nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions pursuant to art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:

• The following cancellation conditions apply to both parties.
• The deposit (booking guarantee) paid before arrival is considered a security deposit and will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
• For cancellations made less than 30 days before the start of the holiday, 80% of the total price of the stay will be charged.
• For cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the holiday, 100% of the total price of the stay will be charged.
• In case of late arrival and/or early departure, the total price of the booked stay will still be charged.
